What is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) in Hindi?

इस Post में आपको बताया जायेगा कि Software Engineering में Software Testing  की importance के बारे में जानेगे, तो चलिए शुरू करते है|

Data Flow Diagram (DFD)

DFD Information System से गुजरने वाले डेटा के flow का एक graphical representation है जैसा कि इसके नाम से पता चल रहा है यह केवल डेटा के flow, डेटा कहाँ से आया, डाटा कहाँ जायेगा, तथा यह कैसे store होगा इस पर focus होता है | Data flow diagram का प्रयोग Software system के overview को बनाने के लिए किया जाता है|

Data flow diagram का सबसे पहला प्रयोग 1970 के दशक में किया था, तथा इसे Larry Constantine तथा Ed Yourdon ने बनाया था| 

Data flow diagram आने वाले (input) ओर (output) data flow तथा store किये हुए data को diagram अर्थात् graphical रूप में present करता है, DFD इसकी process के बारें में विस्तार मे नही describe कर पता है. लेकिन इसके लिए flow chart है| flow chart और DFD दोनों अलग होते है|

Types of Data flow diagram

DFD दो प्रकार (types) का होता है|

1. लॉजिकल (Logical) DFD
2. फिजिकल (Physical) DFD

1. Logical DFD:- Logical DFD business activities पर केन्द्रित रहता है अर्थात् यह system में data के flow तथा system के process पर focus रहता है|

2. Physical DFD:- Physical DFD इस बात पर केन्द्रित रहता है कि सच में डेटा flow system में किस प्रकार implement हुआ है|

DFD components

1.Entities:- Data के source तथा destination को entities कहते है, Entities को rectangle (आयत) के द्वारा dislpay किया जाता है|

2.Process:- यह एक कार्य होता है जो कि सिस्टम के द्वारा किया जाता है. इसे circle (वृत्त) या round-edged rectangle (गोल-धारित आयत) के द्वारा dislpay किया जाता है|

3.Data flow:- यह डेटा के Movement (गति) को दिखाता है, इसे arrow (तीर) द्वारा dislpay किया जाता है|

4.Data storage:- ऐसी जगह जहाँ Data store होता है, इसे एक ऐसे आयत से dislpay किया जाता है जिसकी एक side नहीं होती या दोनों side नहीं होती है|
